The Cambodian government's own arrival declaration, completed online before you land.
What it is
Cambodia e-Arrival is the arrival declaration run by the General Department of Immigration, part of the Ministry of Interior. It is completed online or in the official app before you arrive, and it is separate from a visa: completing it does not give you permission to enter, and holding a visa does not complete it.
Setting it up
Use arrival.gov.kh or the official app published by the General Department of Immigration. Check the submission window on the official service itself: it changes, and a figure repeated on a travel blog is not authority for what immigration will accept.

The reason to install the official app rather than search for the form on arrival is that copycat sites charge for a government service. The App Store listing below is published by the General Department of Immigration itself, and the Android package is under immigration.gov.kh. If a site or app is not one of these, it is not the official service.

The official service and the identity of its publisher were confirmed on 15 Aug 2026 from arrival.gov.kh and the App Store listing. The site is a JavaScript application whose text could not be read server-side, so the submission window, whether any fee applies, and the exact on-arrival process are not stated here. An earlier version of this page claimed the service is free; that claim has been removed because we could not read it from an official page.
