Ride-hailing

Grab

GlobeScraper recommendsInstall before you fly

Book a car, tuk-tuk or motorbike with the fare shown before you ride. Also does food and grocery delivery.

What it is

Grab is a Southeast Asian ride-hailing and delivery app that operates in Cambodia. You set your pickup and destination on a map, see the fare before you accept, and pay by cash or a saved card. It covers cars, tuk-tuks and motorbike taxis, and Grab publishes airport transfer services at both Phnom Penh and Siem Reap international airports. GrabFood and GrabMart handle food and grocery delivery.

GlobeScraper's take

This is GlobeScraper's recommendation rather than a measured statistic. We recommend it to foreign visitors for three practical reasons: the interface is in English, the fare is fixed and visible before you get in so there is nothing to negotiate at the roadside, and it works from the airport on the day you land. Install it at home, because setting up an account on arrival is exactly when you least want to.

What we checked

Vehicle types, airport transfers and store availability come from Grab's own Cambodia pages and its Cambodian App Store listing, read 15 Aug 2026. Coverage outside Phnom Penh and Siem Reap, current fares and which payment methods are enabled for a given account are not published and are not stated here.
