What it is
PassApp is a Cambodian ride-hailing service covering tuk-tuks, rickshaws, cars and SUVs. It publishes a current Cambodian App Store listing, so it is operating.
GlobeScraper's take
GlobeScraper positions PassApp as an optional local alternative rather than an equal choice to Grab. It is built for the Cambodian market first, and a first-time foreign visitor does not need two ride-hailing apps on the day they land. It is worth adding later, once you are settled and comparing what turns up.

Vehicle types and current availability were confirmed on 15 Aug 2026 from PassApp's own site and its Cambodian App Store listing. City coverage, payment methods and whether a Cambodian phone number is required to register are not stated on those pages and are not claimed here.
